Having sex for the first time is scary, there's no denying that. But, being aware of certain things can make it a little less so. This is all the info I wish I knew before my first time so I thought, why not share it with you and hopefully relax your mind a little?

First of all, how cute is that nectarine? Big fan. Anyways, back to the topic.

- Don't expect it to be 'perfect' the first time

- Don't expect to feel completely transformed

- Only do it when you truly feel ready, not when everyone else 'claims' to be doing it; news flash, if you're in school, they're probably just looking for attention

- Spend some time working out what feels good for you beforehand

- Don't worry about your appearance; I can guarantee that the person you're having sex with quite simply does not care how your stomach looks, even if you do

- Focus on feeling good and remember that confidence makes you look even sexier

- Make sure you’re in an environment where you feel safe and in control

- Communicate with the lucky person about what you want and how you're feeling

- Get the lube ready, to ease the process and add a soothing sensation

- FOREPLAY! There is no rush so enjoy the build up

- Go for a wee afterwards

This is an exciting time so relax, it will make it feel better. Oh, and remember to breathe.
